A room with view:

There is a small grocery only 5 min walk from our hotel. It had milk, fruit, WATER without gas!, vegetables. We became their loyal customer for the next week. Last night, I bought some tomato and mushroom, made a simple spaghetti. It was delicious (Switzerland was never been famous for its food except chocolate and cheese) We also bought lots of prosciutto (packaged) for breakfast. It was a little cheaper than Costco's. Bread was purchased by weight, interesting.
After breakfast, we decided to hike to Bastione: The Venetian fortress, built in 1508 on a hill of the steep slopes of Mount Rocchetta, affords a splendid view of the city and the northern part of the lake.
